WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER: The policies summarized below are policies that may affect your purchase decisions. - You may place an order by telephone, FAX, or from the shopping cart in the Store section of this web site - We ship by UPS Ground in the Continental US. All international orders are shipped via US Postal Service. - Commercial shippers such as UPS will not deliver to post office box numbers, so you must accept shipment by USPS to any PO Box number that does not have a street address. - If your package does not arrive on time: Call and ask for Elena at Extension 10. - Each of our products has a warranty period by groups of product. See the Support section for details. The customer is responsible for charges associated with returning product to FMA Direct. Your certificate of warranty is a copy of your purchase receipt. Include a copy of any e-mails or other correspondence with your return, or an explanation of why the product is being returned. - DO include your name, Customer ID, and return address on returns and correspondence. - Prices are subject to change without notice. - Return of unopened, unused product is accepted within 30 days of purchase. See Support for terms applicable to later return. - Ground orders received before 5:30 PM Eastern Time, ship within 48 hours. Expedited orders must be received prior to 11:00AM EST to ship same day.
